* Sally had left the ranger that night fealing he was nice but could not allow herself to be there what if the doctor came for her ? she didnt want to scare him... leaning agenst a tree she closed her eyes a old song came to the forefront of her mind she slowly began to sing .
I know the sound of each rock and stone
And I embrace what others fear.
You are not to roam in this forgotten place,
Just the likes of me are welcome here.
Everything breathes and I know each breath
For me it means life for others it's death.
It's perfectly balanced, perfectly planned,
More than enough for this woman.
Like every tree stands on its own
Reaching for the sky I stand alone.
I share my world with no one else.
All by myself I stand alone.
I've seen your world with these very eyes
Don't come any closer, don't even try
I've felt all the pain and heard all the lies
But in my world there's no compromise
Like every tree stands on its own
Reaching for the sky I stand alone.
I share my world with no one else.
All by myself I stand alone.
All by myself I stand alone
All by myself I stand alone
siting down she looked at her hands one was flesh the other cloth leting a stray tear fall she shook it away *
Was I ever human...

"Henwen! Henwen! Where are you?"
The sound of someone pushing branches about came closer to where Sally was sitting- pausing as she was singing. Taran wrinkled his nose, who was singing.
Peeking his head through the last shrub he gave a small start and stared at the patchwork girl.
"H-hello? You...haven't seen a pig about here, h-have you?" he gulped and stayed right where he was.

The sound of little feet running through the forest was barely noticible in the scilence. That was, until the furry alien ran right into someone who had been singing. Kirby gasped, having not expected anyone to be there.
He jumped up and down, talking fast in his native language which must have sounded like gibberish to the patchwork woman. Kirby pointed up at the sky, trying desperately to tell her what was wrong. "Pa-patita! Patita!" He said before looking over at the boy who had just poked his head through the brush and greeted the woman- although looked very frightened, himself.
His three eyes blinked a few times before he started to cry, sniffling a little. After all, he was just a baby- and he missed his parents. He shouldn't have run off again...

Kirby didn't seem afraid of Sally- she didn't look any more threatening than his parents' robotic suits that they wore often. Sometimes he got to ride in his mother's, too. He sniffled again when Sally kindly wiped away his tears.
"Dapo kokita..." He said quieter, then figuring Sally wouldn't understand. Kirby tried to recall as many English words as he could and how to use them. "...I want...my Mommy an'...Daddy." Kirby managed to say, trying not to cry.
"Patita...flew 'way in spaceship, now...maybe. I...run off, can't find Patita!" Kirby said, slowly. It was difficult to speak in English- as he had just learned to talk in his own language not too long ago.

Kirby brightened up when Sally said she could help look for his parents. He jumped up, onto Sally's shoulder, happily and bushing up against her cheek. The alien nodded when she pointed to the sky and asked if they were up there. Most likely they would be in their spaceship looking for him. "Patita!" He said excitedly.

Kirby giggled when he felt Sally's hand on him. He thought for a while at her question before answering. "Nuh-uh." He didn't think that there was anyway for them to do that. You couldn't exactly call them on a phone or write them a letter. He doubted that anyone from the Galactic Armada was here, either- so they wouldn't be able to contact his parents either. "Patita "aliens"."

An owl landed on a branch nearby the group, a little tired out from her long flight. "Whew...Big Mama's gotta lose a few pounds now..." She said to herself, before peeking over at the group. There was a boy, a girl, and a little orange furry creature which looked a little saddened. Big Mama flew down a little closer to the three who seemed a little troubled. "Well, hey there. Is there somethin' wrong? Maybe Big Mama could help out." She offered, kindly.
The owl kept to herself about the questions she had towards Sally's stitches and patches, but still kept her friendly demeanor. She guessed that some humans were just different than Widow Tweed and Amos Slade. However, upon getting a closer look at Kirby she was very surprised- she had never seen a creature like him before. Especially one with three eyes. "What kind of critter are you there, sugar?" Big Mama asked in her sweet voice.

The red-headed girl blinked as she came to and rose to her feet, glancing around at the forest and all the plants. If it ever did come down to that, she had the means to fight back even if she proved reluctant to do so.
Having no idea where she was, she found herself leaning back against a tree, half-closing her eyes and listening to any surrounding noises while trying to get her bearings and figure out where she was, faint voices drifting from nearby.
Heading towards them, she came across a three-eyed furball, what looked like a ragdoll and an owl. Were the first two supers, only one way to find out, right and she cautiously approached them "Hello?"

"Hello" Layla replied, waving at the odd-looking lady and eying her with slight curiosity, was she another super. If so, hero or villain? Only way to find out was to ask the question that had been foremost in her mind "Could you tell me where I am?"
