I like how the NBC Peacock appeared at the end of this; it really gives away the time period when this was made.

As much as I love "The Sword in the Stone," I will be the first to admit that there are quite a number of recycled animation in it. Here's a funny collection of recycled animation and running gags.
It is, however, missing the jousting scene which came directly from "The Truth About Mother Goose."

The entire current show of the Carousel of Progress.
And now a bit of trivia about the attraction:
The theme song to this attraction, "There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow" had a quite a bit of change to it between it's transition from Disneyland to WDW...it was present in the DL version; however, when it moved over to WDW to make room for America Sings, General Electric took up sponsorship to the attraction. Not happy with the attraction's general message of looking to the future for new innovations, and wanting the audience to look to the present to buy appliances for the then-present day, they asked the Sherman Brothers to write a NEW song reflecting these wanted changes, and so one was written, titled, "Now Is The Time". How did it sound? well...:
...yeah, needless to say..."There's A Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow" is a far catchier tune...and apparently, though they wrote it, the Sherman Brothers agree! Thankfully however, GE eventually dropped sponsorship, and the attraction's theme song was reverted to the original.
Also...Mel Blanc provided the voices of the parrot and Uncle Oroville. :3

"Now is the Time" is certainly less memorable of a song, in my opinion.

Who remembers the 80's, when Disney Channel used to be--*GASP*--good? Who remembers DTV? For those who are too young to remember: these were a set of music videos done to clips of Disney Films and shorts...most of them were golden oldies, but allowed for a FEW 80's songs and even a few of Disney's own. "Pinnochio Boogie" ...not exactly a classic oldie, but since the release of "Pinnochio" to DVD, I thought it'd be cute to add. Classic tune, "Love Potion #9". Love the visual representations in this one. Like I said, not all of the tunes were old for their time. Here's one from "DTV Monster Hits", done to "Thriller", which was a fairly recent song back then! And closing it out with "Rockin' Robin", which was one of my favorites. The Rhythm of the Night" one by El Debarge was taken down, else I would've put that here instead. Oh well! The user, "taegdv", has LOTS more of these on his youtube page, so if you wanna see more, I highly suggest visiting! Some of them are taken down, but he's still got a lot of 'em up.

View this in HD, full screen if you can, it looks much better that way! Welp, the new Dragon animatronic in Fantasmic! has premiered in Disneyland recently, after a summer of shows without one. And the wait seems well worth it...the effect looks better than it ever has! And if you're wondering about the video's title, "Murphy" is the codename for the dragon.

I'm no doubt NOT the only person on this board who is excited about The Princess and the Frog. The parks have already started a show for the movie, "Princess Tiana's Showboat Jubilee"...this is the Disneyland show of it...they got the better one over WDW's.
and Part 2:

There's been undoubtedly many maps of the haunted mansion for a few older FPS games...why should there not be for some of the new ones, too? Here's one for "Left 4 Dead"...posted as a link only, as the sight of Digitized zombies and blood might scare some viewers, so click at your own risk!: www.youtube.com/watch?v=32AfJ0L-Rbg(I was a bit iffy of posting this...just use caution when looking at it. Here is the video to Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland big single, "Alice (Underground)" by Avril Lavigne.
I like the beginning, but then the song just turns into a yelling fest. Ah, well.

This was when animated characters suffering from alcoholism was hilarious, and not criticized harshly by society!
I believe Uncle Waldo is actually the Bill Thompson's final role.

I know I reported awhile ago that they had started a show in WDW that had costumed characters which eyes blink and mouths moved to a prerecorded track. Now... Disneyland's costumed characters get an upgrade, starting with the Mickey in Mickey's house at Toontown. This is not prerecorded dialogue, however!
To me this is amazing yet...kinda creepy! xD I guess it would make sense that the characters would be less scary to kids if they could actually speak. The blinking eyes are still just a little bit weird to me, however. x3
