Real Name: Unknown
Alias: The Phantom Blot
Age: Unknown; presumably in his 40's
Species: Humanoid dog
Sex: Male
Nationality: Unknown; possibly American
Alignment: Evil
Affiliated With: Himself
Status: Active
Physical Description (Body structure, eye color, hair color, etc.): Six feet tall. His body true appearance is seen only rarely, not just because of his elusive nature, but because he wears his costume frequently. He is a humanoid beagle much like Duckworth, only younger, slimmer, and more muscular. His skin, like most Disney humanoid beagles, is peach-like in color. His hair is black and silky-smooth, tightly pressed on his head, as though it's often subjected to hair gel. He has a two part black mustache that grows next to his nose, from both sides. His cheeks are lined, as well as the sides of his face near his eyes. His eyebrows are high and permanently arched. He has four fingers total on each hand (like most Disney anthropomorphic animals) and floppy ears (again, like Duckworth). His eyes are round and vertical, and he has two large black pupils.
Appearance: Out of his costume, the thief often wears high quality clothes that are just barely casual. But in costume, the Blot's eyes are purely white, and those whites are the only color on him that is not black. His cowl is back, his robe-like shirt is black, his pants are black, his shoes are black, and his gloves are black. The Phantom blot has the appearance of a black ghost.
Abilities and Powers: Wit; cunning; stealth; can blend into shadows and darkness; a master thief; persuasive; multilingual; a loving father.
Weaknesses: Extremely arrogant; egotistical; pride; sometimes risks so much just for petty vengeance; he cannot commit murder with his own hands, which often allows his potential victims to get away.
Accessories: A pistol.
Character Information (Personality & Motivation): The Phantom Blot is a master thief in Epcot City. While his 'tender heart' prevents him from committing murder by his own hands, he is not above using death traps or hired help to dispose of pesky nuances. The Phantom Blot often steals priceless artifacts, relics, and other items of interest, but sometimes his motives are much more vain; he is known for sometimes breaking the law just to spread his name. He desires everyone to fear him, and he is tremendously arrogant.
When the Phantom Blot steals precious items (he loves to crack safes, especially if they're tricky to open), he always leaves a calling card: a white card with a black splotch of ink on it. The ink is from his favorite fountain pen, and he makes the cards from his home.
The Phantom Blot's true identity is unknown. He has used many pseudonyms, but no one knows his real name. He has no fingerprints, which is one of many reasons why it's impossible to know his true identity. He will take his real name to the grave. Or so he says.
In his large, expensive home, he lives with his maid, Mrs. Fragmuffin (also a beagle), and, most importantly, his daughter. His daughter's real name is likewise unknown, but she goes by the Phantom Brat. The Phantom Brat is dressed in black, very similar to her father. The difference in the Phantom Brat's appearance is the cowl; the top of her mask has a long tip, akin to a stock witch hat, and she has a large, pretty pink bow affixed on her cowl. She own numerous stuffed animals and dolls, all of which wear black cowls of their own. The Phantom Blot and his daughter love each other very much. Despite his amoral line of work, the Blot would do anything for his daughter, and most of the items he steals are actually meant for her. Likewise, the Phantom Brat loves her father passionately, and she hates Cold Shadow, the Dream League, and anyone who are "mean to him." Under her cowl, the Phantom Brat is a very cute, female, humanoid dog, also with a black nose.
The Phantom Blot prefers not to resort to violence, and, as previously mentioned, he cannot kill anyone on his own. With that said, he is still a dangerous opponent, and he will stop at nothing to get what he wants.
He hates all of the Dream League, but his most hated foe is not part of the Dream League; he has a serious grudge against Cold Shadow.
