Dreamchild had succeeded in using her powers to influence Duck Avenger to be at a particular spot in Epcot City. That spot was Highfeather Heights, and because Duck Avenger had that nagging feeling he couldn't comprehend, he witnessed the Liquidator (followed by Bongo) entering the house.
But Dreamchild, from what she saw of the Liquidator from her hiding spot, recognized that the watery villain would be difficult to stop. With the little time Alice--Dreamchild--spent in America so far, she had taken the opportunity to read about the Liquidator. Only one hero has been known to stand up to (and even subdue) the Liquidator before: Darkwing Duck.
But I've been told that St. Canard is over thirty miles away! Dreamchild thought to herself. Her face cringed, for she knew that she simply wouldn't have enough time to get to fetch Darkwing at St. Canard and bring the Duck Knight to Epcot City's Highfeather Heights. Even my telepathy can't reach that far! Dreamchild facepalmed and ran her hand up her face, pushing up her nose for a second and then running her fingers through her pretty blond hair. When she closed her eyes, the whiteness appeared as slits. Whatever will I do? I suppose I could go inside now, but... It would be so nice if Darkwing Duck could help us!
Dreamchild lowered her gloved hand and stared at the large house. Could she and the others take on Liquidator, without the vigilante who has combated with the living puddle before?

*Unbeknownst to Dreamchild, Darkwing wasn't all that far away. Though true, he was based in St. Canard, the caped crime fighter was flying high above Epcot City, en route to S.H.U.S.H. HQ, having finished a mission against Steelbeak. His pilot, Launchpad Mcquack, sat behind the control stick, trying to steer the plane and hold a coffee cup at the same time. Darkwing watched him warily.*
Launchpad, did you have to stop at Starducks to get some coffee? We have a perfectly good coffeemaker at home!
Eh, sorry DW, you know these late nights sometimes make me anything but bright eyed and bushy tailed...I'm a day person!
*Taking a sip from the cup, the pilot takes his eyes off the sky for a brief moment, the duckbilled plane careened to the left, just barely missing a tall building. Darkwing uncovered his eyes, and exhales.*
Look, it's not that I have a problem with you drinking coffee, it's the fact that you of all people shouldn't be drinking and driving....weather it's alcoholic, or not!
*Launchpad sheepishly sinks into his shoulders a bit.*
That was my fault, eh heh...sorry...maybe you should take the Ratcatcher home instead?

Dreamchild was lost in her thoughts, but an unusual, constant noise broke her concentration. The young superheroine looked left, right, and up just in time to see Darkwing Duck's Thunderquack fly into view.
This is my chance! Dreamchild exclaimed mentally with enthusiasm. She smiled in relief, and she pressed all of her gloved fingers onto the sides of her forehead, as she attempted to speak telepathically to the Thunderquack's occupants. I do hope this works...
Inside the Thunderquack, Dreamchild's telepathic voice reached Darkwing Duck but not Launchpad. The voice started as a creepily distorted, otherworldly and echoey voice, but it gradually developed into a clearly decipherable voice of an English girl, but it still retained some echo.
<<Hello? Mr. Darkwing Duck, can you hear this? If you can hear this, please turn around and dock your ship! This is serious: the Liquidator is breaking into houses! You must help me, and the others! I am in... [pause] Highfeather Heights.>>

*Darkwing blinks, confused, then looks around the cockpit of the Thunderquack, unsure where the voice was coming from.*
Uhhh...Launchpad, did you just hear that voice, too?
*He continues to look around for the source of the voice. Launchpad glances at his friend, puzzled.*
What voice? Ehh...DW, I think you're hearin' things, buddy. It's just us in here!
*The caped crusader knew he wasn't going insane, he heard the voice, clear as crystal!...and whomever it was that was speaking, apparently had ran into The Liquidator. Imagining things or not, he had to investigate, especially if it concerned the watery villain.*
I don't know if I'm hallucinating or not, but something tells me we need to check out Highfeather Heights, and pronto!
*Launchpad nods.*
Got it, DW!
*With that, the Thunderquack makes a wide turn, heading towards the building.*

Dreamchild was more than satisfied. She smiled widely and her white eyes swelled enthusiastically. Oh, good! He heard me!
Seizing the opportunity, Dreamchild used her psychic powers to levitate herself to the rooftop of the nearest building and began to frantically wave at the incoming Thunderquack in hopes to flag the ship and its occupants down.
<<Mr. Darkwing, please land your ship close to me! Can you see me? I'm waving at you!>> Dreamchild bit her bottom lip and waved both hands more vigorously.
