Frost was prancing around, frosting windows or rather painting them, Big Ben could be heard in the backround.
Usually, people wheren't out at this hour. Unless, they where scheming or stalking. Least according to Jack's book.
There was silence, until, footsteps from afar where heard. High heels they sounded like, Jack's attention was homed in on them as he went behind a tree to see who it was. Call it an old habit to 'hide' for his job. It was only some random English woman.

The sounds of whoever Jack Frost was watching would be drowned out by the noisy engine of a car a couple of blocks away. A few second later a red and black vehicle sped around a corner, half of it propped up on to the curb. It nearly missed a lamp post as the driver cranked the steering wheel to the left, plopping it back down on to the street. The car skidded to a stop in front of a telephone box and blissful silence filled the streets as the engine shut off. The driver's door opened and out stepped a woman who seemed to be in quite a hurry. She slammed the car door behind her and quickly stepped into the telephone box.
Anyone watching this wild haired woman wrapped in furs would see that she was making large gestures with her free hand as she spoke on the phone. Occasionally loud cries of frustration could be heard, though the exact words being said weren't discernible. The woman was only on the phone for a short time before she angrily slammed the receiver down.
'Those idiots! Those imbeciles!' the woman announced to the night as she stormed back to her car. Once inside her vehicle she pulled out a cigarette and placed it into her holder before lighting up. Pungent green smoke filled the air around her; she needed a cigarette after dealing with her two henchmen on the phone!

Frost gaze switched quickly from the footsteps, to the crash. What in the name of Rudlphs mama?! Yes, he’s heard the sound before. Apparently, no one told the person, it’s not a good idea to speed on ice.
She was dressed all in furs, from head to toe, just like someone he hated. Beyond hated actually, but the woman, was interesting, she wasn’t jolly and joyful more angry and crazy.
Which Jack had to admit he liked, at her shouting, smirked and chuckled to himself; someone was going to get it.
Maybe if he played this right; slide over to her car, so what about ‘not suppose to be seen’, that’s why rules where there to be broken.
Tapping on the driver’s side of the car; tapped lightly on the window, not frosting it though. "Oh, my, I saw all of that. Are you alright?" His voice sounding 'concerned'.

‘What?!’ snarled Cruella De Vil as she turned to face the person who had interrupted her venting time. The spiky blue hair on the gentleman peering into her vehicle threw her off guard for a moment, causing her to simmer down. She gave the stranger a beady-eyed look while scanning him from head to toe. He was dressed quite peculiarly; a pin striped suit at this time of year, and how unfashionable it looked on him too. Cruella rolled down her window just a crack and said,
‘I’m fine. Who are you? What do you want?’
The woman had found his question to be nearly as odd as he was. She saw nothing wrong with her driving.

Frost jumped back a bit, not that he was scare per say, but she was rather nippy, to say the least. Then started coughing, as he inhaled her green smoke, turning his head away a moment, inhaled some fresh air deeply and turning a bit blue as well for a second. Before he smiled back at her, head slightly cocked, keeping his chipper attitude. "My bad, it’s just you where going a tad fast there on that last turn." Then his hands flew into the air halfway; "Oh, nothing, nothing. Just makin’ sure the lady is well and fine. After all it would had been a shame had you gotten hurt." Frost paused; "Is there anything I can be helpin’ the lady with, Miss - "

A slender brow arched high on to her forehead, her cheeks sucking inward as her lips tightened around the cigarette. It wasn’t often one came across a Good Samaritan at this time of night. A perfectly symmetrical ring of smoke left her mouth, breaking as it squeezed out the crack in the window.
‘De Vil,’ Cruella replied after a moment. ‘And unless you know how to unscramble the idiotic minds of the men who work for me, I’m afraid there’s nothing you can do, Mister…?’ She lingered on the same note he had, expecting a name in return
