(OOC - yeah, the monsters can see the ghost but the humans can only feel the ghost's chilling presence)

(ooc: What about Jake? Cause he does have the Eye of the Dragon after all, which does help him see mystical things I believe it was, from what I can recall anyway)

"Yo! Where are you lot going!?" Jake called out, but then he had to think for a moment. He watched their movements, they seemed to be following....something? But yet, nothing was there.
Strange, very, very, strange. However, jake did get an idea "Hold up....Eye of the Dragon" his eyes changed to that of a dragon, in order to see the mystical side of things, and sure enough, he too had seen it "Whoa, okay, that is just plain out creepy"
He looked back to Carl for a moment, then back over to Eric and Esmeralda as he watched them follow the ghost off and motioned for Carl to follow him "Come on, I think that ghost knows what's up" he spoke as he started to rush off after the ghost, keeping his dragon eye active so that he could continue to follow the ghost in question.

Miranda's retort to the aged duck's comment was a sharp growl. She felt satisfaction at seeing him jump back a bit and sensing his sudden fear. Now she was tempted to drop by the police station and give Sergeant Grating the scare of his life.
She noticed the immediate drop in the temperature, although the chill in the air didn't affect her thanks to her new furcoat. Being a werewolf had a few pluses, she supposed. Wondering what could be responsible, Miranda then noticed... something hovering around them. Her head followed its movements. She wasn't afraid, but rather curious. She couldn't quite describe what it was. It seemed to be alive and not alive, if that made any sense. Was it a... ghost? It moved off, but it seem to want them to follow after it. Esmeralda and Eric had apparently seen it as well. Miranda slunk after her fellow monsters on all fours.

Scrooge felt a great sense of relief as the hellhound -- that thing did not seem to be an ordinary dog now that he had seen it up close -- took off after its companions. Like the human boy, he realized that the three appeared to be following something, but he'd be darned if he knew what it is. At the sudden chill, he rubbed his arms for warmth. Even with his jacket on, the sudden strange nip in the air was apparent.
The boy told Scrooge and the other gentleman that the ghost knew "what was up." Although Scrooge had seen nothing, but decided to follow anyway. His curiosity and sense of adventure had been piqued. Strangeness just had a way of finding him, it seemed. "Ghosts? How can ye be so sure?" He asked, a slight frown of confusion on his face. After all, he had seen nothing of the sort, nor did he notice the alteration to Jake's eyes.

Carl watched Esmeralda, the beautiful freak of nature, take off as if she were following something that Carl couldn't see. And then the others followed one by one. Carl knew he had to follow when the boy (whose eyes became weirder all of a sudden!) motioned for him to tag along. Carl could have said no, but he said he would join in on this adventure not moments ago. And his curiosity was piqued. Still, he couldn't help but question himself for being the last to follow, following the old, well-suited duck.
"What have I gotten myself into?" he muttered to himself. "This is crazy... but fun." He added the last remark with a smirk.

the ghostly figure continued it's path leading the monsters further, it's destination wouldn't be too far from them.
The ghost would soon arrive in it's destination, a mansion, long forgotten in it's past but a strange etherial presense could be felt just by looking alone, stories of this place and rumors spread through out time, but whatever the history was, one thing is sure the mystery of this mansion will never be solved
the ghostly figure seemed to wander into the mansion gates, inside the lawn was like a maze of tombstones, a family plot, even a pet cemetary can be seen, the doors of the mansion were sealed as the ghostly figure passes through them into the Haunted Mansion.
