Contemplating Resigning; The Fate of FD

Hey, everybody.

I'm strongly considering resigning as an admin here. I just can't keep up anymore, no matter how many empty promises I make. Fantasmic Dreams deserves someone who's passionate and never gives up hope, and that someone is clearly not me. I now I have a job, and a busy one at that, and I just don't feel the passion or excitement to be an admin here anymore. Not to mention I've burned quite a few bridges and allowed emotion to cloud my better judgement.

I do wonder, though, what would happen if I resigned? Would this place die? This is not about ego; I'm serious. Any suggestions? Ideas? Should we try to keep Fantasmic Dreams going, or should we end it after 10 years?

Maybe you should try finding someone who would be interested in taking over admin duties? And if not, well, as much as I hate to say it, maybe FD should be shut down. I would like to see the board stay up though, if only to go back and read the many great threads here.

yeah i'd like for FD to stay up, also hoping for a rebirth or revival of the board too
