Name: Alice
Age: Unknown; anywhere between 7 and 12
Species: Human
Sex/Gender: Female
Skin Tone: Light
Nationality: English
Alignment: Good
Physical Description: Thin and physically pretty. Her hair is long and blond, and the hair behind her head forms the shape of a pear. Her eyes are blue, and her lips are red. Her legs (especially her calves) are inordinately large, and are often subject to jokes and rude comments, much to Alice's chagrin
Attire: A blue Victorian dress with a large skirt; white pinafore, with its straps tied into a pretty bow on the back; white stockings; black Mary-Jane shoes; a black ribbon tied into her hair, forming a bow on the top
Abilities: With foodstuff and potions from Wonderland, Alice can change sizes to be both big and small. Her skirt can balloon out and work as a parachute. She can also think quickly and be surprisingly intelligent and crafty for her age
Weakness: Curiosity; sometimes pedantic and bossy; sensitive, and easily offended
Accessories: A baby blue handkerchief
Constant Companion: Edith (sister); Dinah (cat)
Mortal Enemy: The Queen of Hearts
Character Information: Alice is a Victorian schoolgirl who will ultimately become a physically pretty teenager. Born to a wealthy and upper-class family, she and her sister, Edith, were raised as proper models of society. At least, Edith was; Alice is far more imaginative and often daydreams about fantastical things and ideas. But despite Alice's imaginative visions, she does retain manners and etiquette her family taught her.
Alice, asleep by the tree, is with her cat, Dinah. Her sister, Edith, stands.
Alice is sweet and polite most of the time, and generally helpful. But she has low tolerance for people she considers rude, and often becomes flustered if she is antagonized. She is sensitive, and easily offended. She can also be pedantic and bossy at times, which might convince some that she is cold and uncaring. This, however, is far from the case. Alice may be proper and sensitive, but she has an undeniably good heart, and strongly loves the people she cares about. She is loyal to her family and friends. Even if she is often at odds with her older sister, the two siblings love each other dearly.
Without a doubt, Alice's biggest flaw is her curiosity. Despite giving herself good advice, she very seldom follows it. As a result, Alice often gets into trouble as a result of her curiosity. Fortunately, she usually manages to avoid serious consequences.
Her mortal enemy is the Queen of Hearts, the reigning monarch of Wonderland. Her mentors include Uncle Remus and Merlin. Her friends include Dinah, Arthur, Rose, Donald Duck, José Carioca, and Panchito. It is sometimes hinted that Alice and Arthur share a mutual attraction, but outside of non-canonical A Fantasmic Kingdom Halloween stories, this has never been fully addressed.
Voice Actress: Kathryn Beaumont (1951 onward); Kat Cressida (replacement voice when Kathryn Beaumont is unavailable)
Kathryn Beaumont (left) not only provided the voice for Alice, but she served as the character's live-action reference model, as well.
Alice fell down a rabbit hole into an illogical world of eccentric characters, in Walt Disney's Alice in Wonderland (1951).
