History: He was one of Pongo and Perdita's original pups, he first appeared in the live action 101 Dalmatians as well as Wizzer and Two-Tone among others. his look was composed of part black ears and a part black tail and a few spots on his body and a blue collar, in the series Dipstick's look changed although he retained his part black tail but his ears are now one with spots on it and one completely black, he is also deplicted as dimwitted and sometimes stupid and slow, one ep saw him sporting a silver collar which was later used as a plot device when it was stolen. Four years after the events of 101 Dalmatians the sequel 102 Dalmatians shows a much older Dipstick now mated with Dottie and with a new owner namely Chloe Simon whom happened to be Cruella De Vil's parole officer, in the movie Cruella seemingly reformed after undergoing a new treatment that seemingly ended her craving for fur, especially Dalmatian fur, Cruella under her alias Ella gained a job working with Kevin Shepherd whom worked with many dogs and a red parrot named Waddlesworth whom thinks he's a dog, a possible nod to the series in which Spot a chicken thought she was a dog, while working for Kevin, "Ella" hears the ringing bells of Big Ben and almost instantly she returns to her old ways and teams with furrer Jean Pierre Le Pelt to make a Dalmatian furcoat but this time a hood is added which means the coat now requires 102 pups, late one night Le Pelt under orders from Cruella breaks into Chloe's home and dognaps Domino, Little Dipper, Oddball, and Dottie, Oddball however eludes Le Pelt whom fless back to Cruella's, Chloe eventually catches onto Cruella's plan when she and Dipstick head to a party thrown at Cruella's mansion, it is there the party goes into chaos and Cruella stalks after Dipstick, Chloe with Kevin's help discovers Dottie and the missing pups only to be caught, near the film's climax shows the pups being transported to France via the infamous train The Midnight Express, Oddball and Waddlesworth manage to sneak onto the train and follows Cruella to France where Le Pelt has his factory at, at the factory Oddball manages to trap Cruella in the bakery converyor belt and bakes Cruella into a cake, Le Pelt finds himself trapped in a fur coat when the French police arrive and arrest Le Pelt and Cruella. Dipstick and Dottie remain at peace with their pups.
