Shere Khan stood at the window behind his chair, looking down at the buildings, streets, and citizens of Epcot City. Of course, since his tower was the tallest building in Epcot City, his office was so high above ground level that the citizens on the sidewalks far below resembled pitiful ants more than anything. That was how Shere Khan viewed many others, as insignificant bugs.
Of course, Shere Khan had a fierce rivalry with a tycoon richer than even him: Scrooge McDuck. To Khan, Scrooge was more than a rival: surpassing him in wealth and power was a life goal.
"... that is why I wish to learn of McDuck's recent developments," Shere Khan finished explaining to one of his most trusted employees: a leopard in a business suit (but nowhere near as elaborate and expensive a suit as Khan's). The tiger looked to his trusted worker. "Infiltrate one of Scrooge's more lucrative factories, and see what you can find."
The anthropomorphic leopard grinned when his boss smirked, and he nodded. "You got it, Mr. Khan! I won't disappoint you. So, where am I going?"
The tiger's smirk remained intact. "To Scrooge's ice creamery."
"... Come again, sir?"
Inside Scrooge's ice cream factory, the leopard was outfitted in a disguise that perfectly reflected the worker's uniform at the facility. But he was surlier than any legitimate worker, because his face was curled in anger even as he pretended to work. Ice cream. I'm going undercover, and I'm making ice cream?! The leopard thought this undercover mission was an insult to his potential.
But a job was a job. After receiving instructions by a superior, the leopard (who did look a little out of place, because all the other workers were often ducks and beagles, but not big cats) stood near one of the factory's machines, looking around, hoping to find crucial information--recipes, ingredients, whatever--that Mr. Khan could use to his advantage, to beat Scrooge McDuck.
