Abilities and Powers: The Wastelander's abilities are gained through to special potions of his own creation called Paint and Thinner. With Paint, he can create anything at will to help him defeat bad guys. With Thinner, he gains incredibly destructive power and strength to defeat enemies firsthand. He also has extremely good martial arts skills, primary revolving around his feet, and is a master inventor.
Weaknesses: His past and his urge to protect everything he holds dear.
Accessories: A belt where he stores the guns containing his signature weapons, Paint and Thinner.
Character Information (Personality & Motivation): Oswald is chipper and happy, but it is only a way to hide his sinister past. When Oswald was 18, he lost the girl of his dreams, Ortensia, when she shot by a mugger. Oswald swore vengeance on not only him, but every piece of scum that tries to harm the innocent. He used his scientific know how to create substances he labeled Paint and Thinner. In order to shield his identity, he donned his costume and became The Wastelander.
